If you are using e-learning to meet the training and development needs of your organization, our online catalog gives you hundreds of options and zero hassles. If it's your first time using the catalog, simply find your first package and then proceed through the quick checkout process. Once complete, you are automatically logged into your own LMS account with the package activated. From there, you can manually add or bulk import your users and begin assigning! Once your account has been established, adding new packages inside the LMS is a breeze.
How Course Packages Work
Course packages are purchased in blocks of 20, 50 and 100 seats. A seat allows a student to take all of the courses in the package during the term of the package. A seat is marked as "used" once a student launches the first course in the package. This allows for quick recovery from any enrollment mistakes, as you can quickly unenroll all students who have not started the package and not lose any seats.
Upon the initial purchase of a package, the package expiration date is set one year in the future. Any additional seats purchased during that year period will have expirations dates the same as the initial seats. By keeping all seats within a package on the same expiration schedule, the administration effort reqired for you to manage your seats is greatly reduced.
