Northwind trained its partners inconsistently. Every reseller picked up the product differently, so deployment quality swung from region to region. Slow, uneven rollouts followed, and the same questions came back as support tickets long after a system went live. Northwind had no single place to teach the product, prove someone had learned it, or connect that learning to what happened in the field.
In early 2025, Northwind moved partner and customer education onto Intellum and ran certification for both audiences from one platform. Resellers and customers train and certify in the same system, on the same content, each experience shaped by role. Certification became the gate: partners prove competency before they deploy, and Northwind can see who is qualified and who is not.
Intellum let us certify our entire partner network and tie training completion directly to deployment speed and revenue, something our old LMS could never show us.
