I have never been more engaged in my work than I am at Intellum. I get to work with continuously evolving technology that’s purpose is to improve the way people learn. I love the challenge of devising solutions with our platform that help my clients achieve their business objectives.

Over my past 10 years at Intellum, the company’s commitment to career development has been a game-changer for me. I used it to learn Project Management, SQL, coding, and then I latched onto how I can use my technical skills to serve our client's needs. However, as a lifelong learner I wanted to pursue something bigger. So, I worked full time and enrolled in a Masters program to improve my skills. Thanks to Intellum's Boost program, I was able to earn a Master’s degree in Information Technology, which has been instrumental in my growth. This achievement equipped me with the skills to transition into a Product Owner role, where I now apply my expertise to drive innovation and success.

There's a lot I could say about working here, but a standout benefit at Intellum is the Boost Budget—$3,500 annually dedicated to professional development. I'm thankful to have ready access to funding for continuing education. Our Volunteer Time Off policy is also a powerful reflection of our core value of Kindness in action, allowing us time to give back to our communities.
