Adam Avramescu, the co-creator of the customer education community CELab, interviewed our CEO Chip Ramsey for the CELab Podcast, and the main message was "start with science."
They geeked about Radiohead a bit, too. But the focus of the conversation was mostly about the state of the customer education industry and how to develop a world-class learning initiative.
“Start with Science, and then try to bake that into your process. A data-driven methodology of continuous improvement," says Chip. "Put that in place and challenge yourself to improve it over time."
