For years, Nils Vinje, the CEO and founder of Glide Consulting, has interviewed CEOs, COOs, CROs, VPs, Directors and other CS professionals on his Customer Strategy Podcast in an effort to decode customer strategy so we can all deliver better customer experiences. 

In November of 2020, we announced that Ruben Rabago, thought-leader, author, and former Chief Strategist of Gainsight, was joining Intellum as our first-ever Chief Customer Officer. 

Nils invited us on to the show to explore why Intellum decided to add a CCO and what the short-term and long-term goals look like for this new leadership role in an established SaaS software company.
