Intellum Wins 2026 Talented Learning LMS Award for Customer and Partner Education
Intellum earns recognition in the Best Customer & Partner LMS category for the sixth consecutive year.
Intellum, the enterprise learning platform for the companies the world runs on, has been named a winner in the Best Customer & Partner LMS category of the Talented Learning 2026 LMS Awards.
Talented Learning, an independent research and consulting firm led by analyst John Leh, reviewed hundreds of learning systems for its 2026 awards. The Best Customer & Partner LMS category recognizes platforms that help organizations educate customers, channel partners, resellers, and other external audiences through onboarding, product adoption, certification, and ongoing enablement.
In its assessment, Talented Learning noted that Intellum “rebuilt its LMS, putting AI at the center of the learning experience,” and described the platform as “a top choice for global enterprises with complex, multi-audience programs.” The firm also recognized Intellum's professional services team and its analytics connect learning to business growth.
The recognition follows Intellum's move to bring agentic learning and enablement to the enterprise. Learner, Creator and Manager Agents work inside the platform, and matching MCP connectors let people take the same actions from the AI tools they already use, governed by role-based permissions. With a single prompt, a program team can turn a spreadsheet into enrolled learners or turn source files into a finished course.
“We're honored to be recognized by Talented Learning for the sixth consecutive year,” said Chip Ramsey, CEO of Intellum. “We've rebuilt Intellum so manual work stops eating into their week, whether they work inside Intellum or through the AI tools their companies already approve. And with learning data flowing into their own warehouses, they can show leadership what education delivers for the business.”
