Manager Agent in Intellum: the Enrollments page with Manager Agent drafting an enrollment plan

Make every “quick favor” actually quick.

Before, a new cohort meant exporting users, filtering a spreadsheet and adding people one screen at a time. Now admins describe who belongs, and the group keeps itself current as people join, move or leave.

Confirm every group’s rules before it’s built.

Your request for a list becomes filters on that list, and a group’s rules are read back for you to confirm first. Reports start from the available templates, and how-to answers come from Intellum’s own knowledge base.

Manager MCP connector

Every admin task, from the AI tool you already use.

With the Manager MCP connector, admins reach the same functions as Intellum’s management screens from Claude, Gemini or Copilot, and approve a plan before anything changes.

Signs in as the admin · Works within the roles you assign · Every change logged under that admin’s name

Manager MCP connector
For admins who know the outcome but not the menu path.

Nothing changes without your approval.

Fieldbook Academy · Manager Agent
Deactivate everyone who hasn’t logged in since 2024.
Checking users…
Checked 1,240 users

That would deactivate 1,240 people, and mass deactivations aren’t allowed, so I won’t run it. I can list them for you to review.

Manager Agent FAQs

Which LMS admin tasks can Manager Agent automate?

Manager Agent is built into the screens admins already use. Describe a list in plain words, such as everyone overdue in the last 180 days, and it builds the filter. Describe a group’s rules or a report, then refine it in chat. It also grades written answers against a rubric you write. Lists can only read your data, so building one changes nothing.

No. Manager Agent and the Manager MCP connector work inside the signed-in admin’s Intellum permissions, including restricted admin roles. Neither can see or change anything that person couldn’t reach in the platform. People without admin access can’t use the Manager MCP connector. Intellum checks each person’s role against its own account records before anything runs.

Mass deletes and deactivations are refused outright, whatever the admin’s permissions. Any single operation is capped at 25 requests, five changes and five deletions. Group rules are read back for you to confirm before a group is built. If a request matches more records than expected or leaves out a required detail, the Manager MCP connector stops and asks first. Larger cleanups run in batches or through a CSV import.

Yes. The Manager MCP connector reaches the same admin functions as Intellum’s management screens, so admins can enroll people, update users, groups and admin permissions, send communications and pull reports from approved AI tools, including Claude, Gemini and Copilot. They sign in as themselves through OAuth 2.0, so the AI tool can do only what their Intellum role allows. The connector stores none of the customer’s data, and every change appears in the audit log under that admin’s name.

Describe the report you need, such as completions by region this quarter. Manager Agent starts from the available report templates, builds it in the report screens admins already use, and you refine it in chat. Analytics and Insights covers the full reporting toolkit, and our guide to LMS reporting covers which reports to run.

Delegate the rest, too.
