Intellum, Inc. (“Intellum”) uses Sub-processors to support the provision of certain Intellum hosted services purchased by Intellum Clients (the “Services”). This document provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Intellum Sub-processor and may be updated from time to time by electronic notice on the hosted services webpage. For the purposes of this document, a “Sub-processor” is any third party processor engaged by Intellum, including Intellum Affiliates, that processes Client Data as necessary to support delivery of the Services. Intellum engages different types of Sub-processors to perform various functions as further explained in the table below.
