Intellum, Inc. (“Intellum”) uses Sub-processors to support the delivery of certain Intellum hosted software solutions purchased by its clients (the “Services”). This document provides important information about the identity, location and activities of each Sub-processor. Intellum will provide Client with electronic notice of changes to its Sub-processors in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Clients may object to a Sub-processor in accordance with the terms of Intellum’s Data Processing Addendum available at https://www.intellum.com/policies/data-processing-agreement. Clients must submit Sub-processor objections to privacy@intellum.com within 30 days of receipt of the electronic notice.
For the purposes of this document, a “Sub-processor” is a third-party processor engaged by Intellum that processes certain client data as necessary to support delivery of the Services. Intellum engages different types of Sub-processors to perform various functions as further explained in the tables below.
