Articulate Storyline and Rise integration
Publish courses built in Articulate Storyline and Rise to Intellum as SCORM 1.2 activities, then assign them like any other course. Admins upload the packages.
Common uses of the Articulate integration
- Instructional designers export a Storyline course as a package and upload it to Intellum as an activity.
- Content teams add a Rise course to an Intellum path so it sits next to the other activities in a program.
- Admins enroll learners in Articulate courses in bulk with a CSV enrollment import.
How the Articulate integration works
Authors build the course in Storyline or Rise and export it as a SCORM 1.2 package. An admin uploads the package to Intellum as an activity, and the course runs on Intellum’s own runtime.
From there, admins assign the course, add it to paths and enroll learners like any other activity. Enrollment records show each learner’s status.
How to set up the Articulate integration
Authors export the package from Articulate. Admins upload it to Intellum and set up the activity. There is no separate Articulate connector to install.

- Courses exported as SCORM 1.2 packages
How the Intellum and Articulate integration handles access and data
- Connection: content reaches Intellum as an uploaded package file, with no account connection between Articulate and Intellum.
- Runtime: packages run on Intellum’s own runtime.
- Learner data: enrollment records stay in Intellum.
What to know about the Articulate integration
- Export Articulate courses as SCORM 1.2 packages, which run on Intellum’s own runtime.
