In this spotlight session, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) shares its journey of transforming how learning is delivered and consumed across the organization, internally by staff and externally by arbitrators, mediators, and legal professionals.

With the adoption of a new Learning Management System (LMS), AAA set out to do more than migrate content; it reimagined its training strategy around a central theme: artificial intelligence (AI). This initiative included upskilling staff, enhancing technology fluency, and aligning training pathways to emerging needs in alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Join us as we walk through our first year of implementation: what we learned, how we built AI competencies at scale, and what it means for the future of learning at AAA. Following our story, a moderator-led Q&A will open the conversation to your questions.

Viewer Take-Aways:

  • Discover how the AAA designed and integrated a dynamic, measurable AI-centric curriculum that fosters AI literacy, ethical awareness, and practical skill development for both staff and external users.

  • Two Audiences, One Vision: Learn how we tailored our LMS to serve both internal learners, focused on operational readiness and innovation, and external professionals who need technology-enhanced learning in the ADR space.

  • What We Would Do Differently: Hear candid reflections on unexpected challenges, what worked (and what didn’t), and what we’re doing next to ensure sustained impact.
