Microsoft OneDrive integration for course content
Admins import OneDrive files to build learning paths with Creator, Intellum’s AI authoring agent. Intellum turns it on for your site.
Common uses of the OneDrive integration
- Admins with course-editing permission turn OneDrive documents into source material for a path built with Creator.
- Instructional designers import existing slide decks, videos and PDFs under 500 megabytes from OneDrive.
- L&D leaders in Microsoft 365 organizations build paths from source documents already stored in OneDrive.
How the OneDrive integration works
Intellum turns on the integration for your site on request. In a path with Creator enabled, an admin with course-editing permission chooses + Add Source and picks OneDrive.
Admins can import PDFs, images, videos, presentations, spreadsheets and documents under 500 megabytes. The files become source material for the path. Files move one way, from OneDrive into Intellum.
How to set up the OneDrive integration
Ask Intellum to turn on the integration for your site. Admins with course-editing permission then import files from paths with Creator enabled.

- Who can import: admins with course-editing permission, in paths with Creator enabled.
- Off by default: the integration stays off until Intellum turns it on for your site.
