Admins import Google Drive files to build learning paths with Creator, Intellum’s AI authoring agent, and send report exports and scheduled subscriptions to Drive as spreadsheets. Intellum turns it on for your site.

How the Google Drive integration works
Intellum turns on the integration for your site on request. In a path with Creator enabled, admins choose + Add Source and pick Google Drive. They can import PDFs, images, videos, presentations, spreadsheets and documents under 500 megabytes, and Google Docs files arrive as PDF.
For reporting, manual exports and scheduled report subscriptions save CSVs to Drive. The user gets a notification with a link to the spreadsheet.
How to set up the Google Drive integration
Ask Intellum to turn on the integration for your site. Admins then use the file picker in Creator and choose Drive as a report export destination.
