Admins in Google Workspace organizations create Google Meet meetings from an Intellum course session. Learners join from the session, and attendance returns when tracking is enabled. An admin authorizes Google once.

How the Google Meet integration works
An admin authorizes with Google once. After that, any admin can create Google Meet course sessions, and saving the session generates the Meet meeting. Updates to the session carry over to the meeting.
After the session, the attendee list syncs back to Intellum when attendance tracking is enabled. The connection uses Intellum’s existing Google OAuth application.
How to set up the Google Meet integration
An admin with Google Meet admin access authorizes once. Authorization grants view access to the Google Workspace domain and edit access to Google Calendar.
